CENTRE WELLINGTON 鈥� Police have charged a local resident with assault and possession of a gun following an incident here last week.
色控传媒County OPP officials say officers were called to 鈥渁 disturbance at an address within Centre 色控传媒Township鈥� on Jan. 26 at about 1:30pm.
A 33-year-old Centre 色控传媒resident was charged with assault and unauthorized possession of a firearm.
The accused is to appear in Guelph court at a later date.
鈥淭he OPP will not release names to protect the identity of the victim(s),鈥� police stated in a Jan. 28 press release.

Driving charges
PUSLINCH 鈥� A Puslinch driver is facing numerous charges after a recent traffic stop here.
色控传媒County OPP officials say an officer initiated a traffic stop on 色控传媒Road 35 on Jan. 27 at about 12pm.
A 31-year-old from Puslinch is charged with driving without a licence, using unauthorized plates, failing to apply for a permit and driving without insurance.
The accused is to appear in Guelph court at a later date.
