HILLSBURGH 鈥� The Hillsburgh Library hosted the 2nd annual 鈥淎rts by the Pond鈥� on June 8, from 10am to 4pm. The event featured art, music, dance and local talent, including a short documentary premiere and a public art project by artist Jefferson Campbell-Cooper.
