OPINION: OFA is building relationships to get results

ONTARIO 鈥 It鈥檚 been a year since I was chosen to lead the Ontario Federation of Agriculture as its president, and as we prepare for our annual general meeting next week, it鈥檚 a good time to reflect on what鈥檚 been a busy 12 months in this new role.聽

Cookies

This Christmas, the gift that I鈥檓 most grateful for was not one wrapped and placed under the tree. Things didn鈥檛 make this holiday special for me; friends did. Kindness and inclusion are the acts that I will remember.

Big challenges ahead

Even with all the turmoil in Ottawa and ruminations from the U.S. president-elect about tariffs and adding Canada as the 51st state, we are lucky to be Canadians.
